Kim was so enthusiastic. She loved to work and would go looking for more if completed previous jobs. She got along with everyone and always happy. She helped me a lot to trim back tree breaks, weed gardens and help out in every way. Nothing was a bother. We wish her well with her other stays.

I stayed at the farm for a month in January and had a fantastic time! Kelly and her family fully involve you in their lives not only on but off the farm, giving you a real feel for what Australian life is really like. She has a beautiful herd of horses that are well looked after and are all fantastic to ride (especially the ponies!) as well as 2
… read more lovely dogs with big personalities. If you want to see kangaroos and koalas this is definitely the place to come as they are littered throughout the peaceful forest that is a stones-throw away from the farm.
The surrounding area is beautiful and full of things to do if you wish to explore. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

We had a beautiful ride at the beach (poor Rose ;-) ), took care about the hores and the guest house, did some gardening and helped with the riding for the disabled program. In the evenings we sat together and played cards sometimes - "Go Fish" is etablished at my hometown now! The farm is located in beautiful nature next to a forest and near by some pretty lovely spots like Cape Bridgewater or a petrified forest. Moreover, the farm is so beautiful, the horses, the cows, the dogs, the birds, you are surrounded by animals ! The place is just so relaxing with some very clear nights, you can observe a beautiful sky. I had wonderful times riding the horses in the arena, in the forest and even at the beach !!
They are very trustful so they let me the car everyday to drive around. There are some very beautiful spots to see around. The food is very very good too.

It was so much fun watching the caravan race for the first time in my life. Also swimming at the beach with the four lovely dogs. Teaching me drive reverse with the trailer was probably the most painful challenge… but all fences have survived! :blush:

Kelly, Vin (and Thom) were very nice to me, they drove me everywhere and showed me some awesome places. I even had so much fun with teenager Tahlieke, where I played uno with almost every evening.

They took me to so many places while I stayed there. I didn’t really want to leave in the end.
The work was great. Riding horses all day, working a bit in the garden or doing a bit of cleaning. And helping with RDA was also a very unique experience as I have never done anything like that before. I would recommend staying at Kelly’s to everyone.
