Staying with Ladina and Stéphane was an absolute dream!! From the moment I arrived, they welcomed me with open arms, and I instantly felt at home. They are both incredibly kind, funny and full of positive energy :D They were amazing hosts and they gave me so much freedom and trust.

The work was well-organized, and they always made sure I felt comfortable with everything. Communication was super clear, making each day smooth and rewarding. What made this experience even more special were the moments we shared, playing games together, going on trips, exploring the region, and listening to all their amazing stories. I've learned a lot 😊
One of my favorite things to do was hiking with their dog Ley through the beautiful trails nearby. It was the perfect way to connect with nature and soak in the peaceful surroundings.
And of course, Grisha the cat provided endless entertainment (and occasional food theft attempts)! 😆🐱
These two weeks had such a great positive impact on my personal growth. So, if you’re looking for a Workaway experience where you’ll be surrounded by nature, amazing people, and a warm, welcoming home, this is the place for you. Shadee was amazing, and we absolutely loved hosting her! Always friendly and full of positive energy, she brought incredible dedication and care to everything she did—whether it was taking the dog on four-hour walks (he was knackered), being super responsible with the chickens (they never lacked a thing), or giving that extra love to the cat (who

She worked independently and tackled everything from mowing the lawn to more challenging tasks like fixing the fence, painting outdoor furniture or sanding down our kitchen counter—all with care and precision. And let’s not forget her cooking—her carrot cake could rival Starbucks!
Beyond her hard work, Shadee was simply a joy to have around. Her calm demeanor, sharp game skills, and fun, engaging conversations made our time together even more special. We also loved that she joined us on our hike and bike tour—it's always great to share experiences with someone who appreciates the same joys in life.
Thank you for everything, Shadee! Anyone would be lucky to host you. 💛

My first experience as a workawayer was at this wonderful home with Ladina and Stephane. We had a fantastic time together, not only with the household and gardening tasks, but also with the animals and creating beautiful moments that will forever remain in my memory.

The household tasks were not difficult—some deep cleaning that every home needs. As for the garden, it was a pleasure to prepare meals with fresh vegetables, and I can’t forget the wonderful animals that also live here, bringing joy to each day.

Not only is she a fantastic cook—preparing delicious meals (her bread is incredible!) for us—but she was also a tremendous help in using all the fresh vegetables from our garden and preserving them. They are both very kind, genuine welcoming and generous! Their house is in the beautiful location of Mur Vully and you get to enjoy an incredible scenic landscape.

If you're lucky they may take you sightseeing too. I got to experience some very cool tours of the region.
My favourite part about staying with Ladina and Ste was how easy it was to be a part of their routines, it never felt awkward fitting in. The room I stayed in is super clean and tidy, as is their whole house. Beware of Grisha the cat, she will steal your heart and your food 😻!!!

Madison is not only hardworking but also incredibly considerate and tidy. She's always up for a fun activity, yet respectful of everyone's space and never imposes herself. As our first Workaway experience, Madison set the bar incredibly high, and we loved every moment with her.
