Hi there! my name is Daniel
We are a center for overlanding travelers based in Santiago de Chile. Our main activity is to provide assistance, advice, guidance for overlanders travelling by car, motorcycle and campervan, ;)

The center gets lots of movement of people from all around the world passing through for advice, technical help or at our overlanders gatherings. We offer a cultural exchange between locals and foreigners through the day to day activity at our center. We can offer alot of information about traveling South America, our volunteers can join the planning sessions and learn about great places to see while traveling South America. Our volunteers can acquire technical skills, learn Spanish with other people living in the center, and get to know Santiago and the surrounding area.

We are looking for some awesome people to join the team and help us with supporting us with our activities.
About the work: Campervan conversion - sometimes you may help the carpenters with random things such as painting , cutting wood or more complex items if you have the experience (only if you're interested in that) Office - organizing and cleaning Hostal - receiving guests, check in and check out, preparing rooms for guests Mechanic - you may help the mechanic fix cars if you like . General - receiving packages that arrive outside office hours, just having someone present at the place already helps us a tons.
About the management : we are not strict and very easy going, we care about your experience and we are very dynamic, if you want a day off to go to some adventure or activity its completely fine! food- just send us your list of favorite groceries or diet type and we'll order them for you. Hours: the place starts every day around 9:00 but we don't mind if you sleep late.
So if you're easy going and not afraid of working in a vibrant environment then you belong with us!
In any case, let us know who you are and what you enjoy doing, we'll surely have a job for you :)

We offer a spacious shared room with closest, 2 single beds, locker and minibar located at the best location of Santiago (providencia)
we order weekly groceries so the fridge is always full with food, feel free to send us your favorite food list !

Good transport from the house to anywhere in Santiago by metro/bus. Join us for asados in the house, going out to bars, parties and getting to know Santiago and the nature around it.
Here is an example of things to do in Santiago:
Cerro San Cristóbal - a big hill in the center, you can walk up or go by bicycle and get an amazing view.
Cerro Santa Lucía - another hill but with a different view, easier to go up.
Costanera Center- the highest building in South America, has a big mall and the "Costanera sky" , you can take an elevator to the top floor, mostly recommended in the evening so u can see it during the day and after dark.

we didn't have much job to do but all what I did was fun.
