  This is a family homestay which provides services of accomodation and local experiences for their guests, who are essentially Santiago Pilgrims but not only.
  The house is located in Azinhaga, Golegã,, a small village known as the hometown of José Saramago (Literature Nobel Prize Winner), about 5km's from Golegã (the capital of horse in Portugal) and 95 km from Lisbon (the capital of Portugal).

  During their free time volunteers can explore the area which is rich in nature and portuguese culture.
  speaks english and wants to improve/learn portuguese.
  In case they want to visit Lisbon, is very easy 1hour away by direct train.
  This is a family homestay which provides services of accomodation and local experiences for their guests, who are essentially Santiago Pilgrims but not only.

  Ajuda

  We are looking for a female volunteer to help Helena (the owner) with the tourists who arrive here with language barriers but who can assist Helena with help welcome guests, cleaning and organizing the acomodation cooking. As Helena combines the management of the homestay with a real states business, the volunteer should be also able to help with both services
  We are looking for a non smoker female, who speaks english and wants to improve/learn portuguese. Other languages such as french, german or spanish are a plus as there are a lot of international pilgrims.
