  We are living in a tourist area along the South-east coast of the Sicily. Here the sea is splendid, the water is crystal clear and clean, the beach of fine and golden sand. There are many reefs and natural area. We have a farm with lemon gardens, olives trees, vineyard and a lot of tropicals fruits (close to Noto Marina. We are preserving the original features and natural character with stone walls, old well, a lot of different fruits and trees.
  
  We have some animals: one donkey, some bees, some chickens and geese. We tried to respect the nature starting from the way to take energies. We have photovoltaics and solars panels. Hour agricultural activities is bio. We also rent our 6 accommodation to the tourist.
  We always need some small mason work, wood works, painting.
  
  
  Eco home,, eco-friendly villa:
  heating and cooling with heat pump, storm windows, double glazing, 100% utilization of energy saving lamps, photovoltaic panels produce more than 100% of the energy absorbed by consumption, waste recycling, composter, burning of pruning of our trees as fuel for stove,
  During your stay you can harvest for free: bio lemons (all year around), oranges, grapes, pomegranate, grapefruit, white mulberry, kaki, plums, apricots. Some tropical fruit: bananas, feijoa, guava, white sapote, mango, avocado, macadamia, water berries. Vegetable: tomatoes, aubergines, peppers, lettuce, zucchini and more.
  We have a small bio production of honey, extra virgin olive oil and “Nero D’Avola” wine.

  No experience? No problem! Whether you're a seasoned expert or a complete beginner, you're welcome to join. You'll learn the ancient art of dry stone walling, guided by hands-on practice.
  
  The most important thing is your willingness to help and learn. Together, we’ll bring these walls back to life and enjoy the process of creating something lasting and beautiful.
  
  All year around we need a maintenance of garden, painting walls, general maintenance of houses and garden.
  
  From 15 September to 15 October: olive harvest
  From December to March-April: lemons harvest

  Work Exchange Opportunity in a Beautiful Coastal Property!
  
  We are a family of four (two adults born in 1967, one girl born in 2001, and one boy born in 2006). We are both teachers and live in a three-story home by the sea. We also own two beautiful villas with pools in the countryside, just 350 meters from the beach, surrounded by 25,000 sqm of land.
  
  Our apartments and villas are usually rented weekly, year-round, to guests from all over Europe and world. Now, we are excited to try something new: a barter exchange. Help us with some small tasks, and we will provide you with comfortable hospitality.
  
  What We Offer:
  You’ll stay in one of our fully furnished apartments with:
  
  A stunning sea view, just 40 meters from the sandy beach.
  or
  one of a stunning accommodation in the country seaside in Lido di Noto
  
  Electricity, gas, water, linens, towels, air conditioning or heating, and free Wi-Fi.
  Access to bikes for exploring the area.
  
  While we can’t promise meals, you’ll have the chance to taste our homemade wine and products from our land, including many tropicals fruits, lemons, almonds, olive oil and vegetable garden
  
  What We Ask:
  In exchange, we need help with:
  
  House maintenance (painting gates, fences, walls, and woodwork).
  Maintenance of dry stone walls on our property.
  Gardening tasks, such as cutting wood or harvesting lemons from our lemon farm.
  Helping with olive harvesting, an important seasonal activity for us.
  This is a unique opportunity to enjoy the beautiful Sicilian coast while learning new skills and being part of our family life.
