  Join us in bringing a historic Art Nouveau villa & permaculture garden to life!
  
  We are a creative German/Finnish family breathing new life into our Art Nouveau villa and 400m² permaculture garden in South Brandenburg (situated between Berlin, Leipzig, and Dresden).
  
  We host because we like the cultural exchange, shared energy, and practical collaboration. However, we take our projects seriously and expect our volunteers to do the same.
  
  Who we are looking for:
  Reliable & self-motivated: People with a strong work ethic who take pride in doing a job well, see what needs to be done, and take initiative.
  
  Physically capable & resilient:
  Our main projects right now involve real physical labor—chopping, splitting, and stacking firewood, heavy digging, moving materials, and constructing a greenhouse. If you are afraid of getting your hands dirty or tiring your muscles, this is not the right fit for you.
  
  Kind & respectful:
  We welcome down-to-earth, honest people with positive energy who respect our home, our family, and the shared spaces.

  We are both entrepreneurs in creative fields of photography, fashion, design and advertising. We have a wide range of experience in business, motivation and power of creating. We believe in hard work and a positive mindset. Nature gives us powers, tranquility and inspiration. We love to grow our own vegetables, cook fresh meals daily, play with our 4 year old son and grandpa dog and just enjoy the simple things in life.
  
  At home we speak a mixture of English and German, and the possibility to speak Finnish is also there😉

  The town allows you to relax and enjoy the beauty of the building and the surroundings. It’s rural area with lots of nature, forests, Elbe river, blooming rapeseed fields and an infinite blue horizon. There is various opportunities for biking, watersports, hiking, horse riding and swimming. Small cobblestone streets are filled with ancient buildings; a monastery, museum and castle.
