  Hi everyone😄 I'm Stefano (37) I live in a farmhouse immersed in the woods at 800 m above sea level in valchiusella ,(west italian alps ) in the company of two dogs and a few cats , Quite a few chickens ,Bees and Soon some sheeps ,not far from the small village (15 min walk). I am a farmer and i love to cook ,I have experience as a chef in restaurants and I have been cooking lunch and dinner every day for about 10 years. For me, food and cooking are an integral part of everyday life and I like to dedicate time to this , all thanks to the garden that produces delicious food. I love music and arts , I play percussion and a little guitar and I like to do creative projects. In the past I studied psychology but my life took a different direction and for about 10 years I have been involved in agriculture based on organic and permaculture principles,I love being in nature and going with its rhythm, welcoming changes and being grateful for everything that surrounds me. my life plan is based on pursuing self-sufficiency,my heating source is the wood we produce in the forest and in the summer I mainly deal with the production of different varieties of vegetables which will be partly preserved and consumed during the winter. I have approximately 2 hectares of land; a cultivated part and the remaining wooded. I try to carry on a simple and healthy lifestyle in close contact with nature , share my house with friends who come to visit me during the year , trying to enhance the exchange with people and tryig to be increasingly independent more possibile from an economic and social system in which I don't recognize myself.
  We work together, share daily life, and sometimes get tired, dirty, wet, or cold depending on the season. I believe this is also part of the beauty of reconnecting with nature and with a simpler way of living.I'm looking for people who are available and open in communication and with a desire to learn.I am building this place step by step for the future, trying to create a small food production system and a lifestyle that can have a positive impact on the land and on other people. The idea is to grow healthy food, live more consciously, and create a space based on collaboration, respect, and human connection.
  I appreciate people who are open-minded, adaptable, curious, and willing to participate with sincerity and good energy. Here we collaborate together — not as employer and worker, but as humans sharing time, effort, meals, ideas, and experiences.Valchiusella is full of initiatives and magical places to draw inspiration from. I will be happy to share these territories with you; immersing ourselves in the woods and bathing in the Chiusella river. To get there you have to reach the city of Ivrea (which is 30 minutes from our house) and then take a bus to the village closest to the house. (no bus on Sundays). . I'm sorry but there are 2 dogs and several cats and i cannot accept other animals
