From 2017 to 2021 I was the owner and manager of the first vegan restaurant in Thessaloniki . I have recently closed the restaurant - due to Corona, but not only - and I am currently working on new projects related to vegan cooking, sustainability and second hand fashion. Since, March 2021, I also have a day time job in an international organisation where I telework from home three days a week.
I am looking for animal lovers who want to take care of my pet gang (2 dogs, 2 cats), share other responsibilities around the house and support me with my new projects.
The pets are adorable, the flat is big and beautiful, with the sea close by.
Thessaloniki is an interesting and vibrant city with history, culture and fun.

Thessaloniki is a very active and young city with a huge cultural and historical heritage. I am happy to introduce you to the beauty of Thessaloniki, also you will have enough free time to discover the city and surroundings by yourself.

I have been living and working in Thessaloniki, Greece for over 10 years now. I still remember my first encounter with stray animals here in Greece, a phenomena which in Germany - my country of origin - we are not familiar with.
I am now sharing my home with 2 dogs and 2 cats - all former strays, and I want to provide them with the best life possible.
From 2017 to 2021 I was the owner and manager of the first vegan restaurant in Thessaloniki. I have recently closed the restaurant - due to Corona, but not only - and I am currently working on new projects related to vegan cooking, sustainability and second hand fashion.
Since March 2021, I am also having a day time job (full time) with an international governmental organisation. This means, I am working from home three days a week and two days from the office.
Your responsibilities include:
- sharing the house with me, two dogs and two cats
- walking the dogs at least once a day
- feeding all pets following a precise plan and schedule
- playing with the pets and generally making them feel loved and entertained
- watering plants
- keeping the house and balcony clean
- helping me in the kitchen with preparing vegan food
- assisting me with setting up my new projects
- social media, photo editing
I prefer a female person, animal lover, age of no importance, also dates are flexible, minimum stay is 2 weeks (negotiable).
Vegan/vegetarian diet not required, but appreciated.

My home is located in Thessaloniki, the second biggest city of Greece. It is located 4 km from the city centre, close to the seafront and in a beautiful neighborhood.
The apartment is on the 7th floor and has a huge balcony with view to the sea. Elevator available.

Very fair working hours and the work was quite easy, the pet gang are also absolutely adorable!
