  Hello dear explorers,
  
  We are a family with 2 boys aged 11 and 15 from the Netherlands. We have been living in Spain since 2024, because we could no longer make the system in the Netherlands suitable for our family. We have a beautiful house, with outbuildings and a great garden of almost 6000m2 with almonds, figs, olives, pears, apples, oranges and much more. We have a large swimming pool, outdoor rest areas near trees, hammocks, a wonderful place to relax.
  Eric no longer works due to physical complaints after an accident and Rooka is self-employed with her practice as an energetic therapist and naturopath, next to working with Rife frequentietherapie for all kinds of fysical problems.
  We all speak Dutch and English, Rooka also a little German and we are learning Spanish. We brought 2 cats and our Rottweiler from the Netherlands and have expanded our family with a small terrier, which we found on the street and has now completely recovered and is happy with a family where he receives love and care.
  We offer accommodation in our camper on site, which can accommodate 4 people. There is electricity, water and good WiFi, we have Starlink. In addition, sanitary facilities outside and in our house, use of the big swimming pool, food and use of the rest areas offcourse. Also receiving frequentietherapy is an option.
  We live between Lorca and Aguilas, which means fifteen minutes from all possible amenities and 20 minutes from the beach on the Mediterranean Sea, which is like paradise there, with rocks, mountain and beach in 1!
  We are open to solo, couples and families, above all, it has to click and that is regardless of the family composition. Animals are in consultation, there must also be a click, of course. Our dogs are males, most females like them, sometimes males do, sometimes not. The site is completely fenced.
  We look forward to meeting you and developing together in the broadest sense of the word!

  Eric has a lot of experience in building and creating, and he is also well informed about cryptos. Rooka is a medium, trance healing therapist, breathing coach, multi-dimensional healer and has a work background and knowledge of administration and taxes and has now also knowledge of emigrating to Spain. Rooka also works with Rife frequenties, making healing water, oils and making the land more healthy with energetic tools and loves to share it. Our children are very social, eager to learn, want to learn from other cultures, love swimming, trampolining, fitness, basketball and gaming. Eric and Rooka have both been through a lot in many areas of life and therefore have a lot of life experience, which we would like to share. We also like to share our work experiences. We also love listening to music, shamanism with music, rituals, meditation and philosophy. The most important thing is that there is a click, that the feeling is good and then we know from experience that we both learn from each other, in various areas, and we all develop further.

  Ajuda

  What we ask is help in the garden, we want to make the garden completely organic and knowledge of permaculture, food forests is an advantage, but overall love for nature is good as well. Also, maintenance of the house and together devising and implementing projects for the outbuildings on the site. We will do it together so we can learn from each other, doing tasks all together is more fun:)
  Help with learning languages, the most important of which at the moment is Spanish, is also welcome. Our children also enjoy learning about gardening, maintenance, building, cooking, preserving/drying food, for example making their own oil from olives and almonds, animal care, projects such as making a bench from scaffolding wood, to name just a few things, there are many things to do and to devise on our property. In addition to the fact that we would like to have help in the field, we find it of great value that our children become acquainted with different cultures, ways of thinking, doing, feeling and learning different languages.
  Because of the heat, we start early, around 8 o'clock and then we make lunch together for the afternoon, which is the warm meal as custom in Spain and then the day is for yourself, just like the weekend of course.

  Acomodação

  We have a big camper on the property where you can have you own space. It is a 6 person camper, but to live in it, we say 4. The camper has 1 fixed bed and 1 hanging bed above the front seats. In addition, a toilet for use at night (of course not connected to sewerage), a sink with mirror and toilet cabinet, a kitchen with gas stove, fridge and inventory, such as a kettle and coffee maker and crockery. And a table with 2 benches, which you can also turn into a bed. The windows can all be opened and are equipped with mosquito nets and blinds. The camper is 7,5 meters long, so it is a spacious camper with cupboard space.
  For the shower, there is an outdoor shower with privacy, and inside the main house there is a shower and a bath, that is also available for use to you.
  You can eat breakfast if you like, not all of us eat breakfast, but it is available. After the day, we make lunch (warm meal, so more like diner) which we can eat with each other or if you prefer you can eat it in or by the camper. We eat a lot of different things, we are not vegatarian, but we love to learn and are open to new things, so if you are vegetarian, no problem. We also have a lot of fruit and vegatables coming from the garden, all biological offcourse. In the evening we don't eat a lot anymore, because we eat a big meal in the afternoon. So mostly some bread or soup or some tapas. You are welcome to join us or eat on you own, we are flexibel. We also have a bbq outside for gas and a outdoor kitchen with a firestove, airfryer and a electrical stove as well.
  If you like to take your own accommodation like a camper, it is possible to stay at our propery as well, but the turn from the street on to the plot is somewhat narrow, so if you camper is longer than 8m it does not work. Everything smaller is fine. Also a tent, or car is no problem, the plot is big enough.

  We live between Lorca and Aguilas and there are a lot of things to do and see. Culture, nature, shops, sports etc. For transport, we have bikes you can lend, or if we don't need our car, you can use that, if you take good care of it offcourse. If you to go further away, the train is a good way to travel. From Lorca the train goes to Murcia and from there you have a lot of options.

  We use Starlink, so the internet is good and fast.

  You can bring your own camper, our plot is big enough. But from the street to our plot the turn is not duable for campers which are longer then 7 m.

  If you have your own camper, and the cat(s) stay inside, it is no problem offcourse. With dogs, we need to test it. Not all dogs are accepted by our dogs, females are more likely to connect, because we have 2 males:) The dog or dogs can run freely, the plot is fenced, but they need to be nice to cats as well, because our cats live here too.
