My house in garden are only 200m from Culdaff beach and have fantastic potential but need help and care. I share the house with my 10 year old son and I have a big and fun extended family and friends in the area. I would love to host someone who could help with DIY projects in the house, maintenance in the garden, and joining in family life - meals, games, outings. The house is 200 years old and my project is to create a warm, vibrant and unique space in a beautiful setting. Could you bring some artistic ideas and energy to the garden?

Private room with double bed. The house has 3 bedrooms (Aidan, Carlene, Workawayer) and 2 bathrooms.

The place is perfect for discovering the wildest of the Atlantic way with the beach and mountains on the doorstep. The village of Culdaff with 3 pubs, shop and restaurant is 2km away. There are regular buses to bigger towns, and Derry the nearest city. The beach is one of the most beautiful on the Inishowen peninsula and you can use this as a base to discover the area. We have lots of interesting friends and family you'll get to meet. We have surfboards and bikes you can use.
