Descrição
A small (under 1 hectare) rural property with a beautiful outlook over the river that needs a lot of garden maintenance. There may be odd jobs that could also be done as well from time to time and, depending on the time of year, some cleaning of the house - windows and the outside of the house.
The location is quite rural so transport would definitely be recommended. It is half way between two very popular tourist cities - only about 1/2 hours drive away. The situation is lovely and quite and peaceful.
There are lovely hot pools relatively close by and also many lovely walks as well as loads of tourist spots to visit.

There are two beautiful tourist cities quite close by.

Help on maintenance paddocks, loads of gardening, weeding, fence repairs, a bit of digging and assistance with setting up paddocks etc. Any landscaping or building expertise would be greatly appreciated! May also be help with cleaning around the home - windows, decks etc

Acomodação
The accommodation will either be in the main home with a double bedroom and separate bathroom - which is also the main bathroom. There is a lovely little deck outside the door of the room. Food preparation will be shared if in the main home. If you are buying and preparing your own food, hours can be negotiated.
