  Help in the Beautiful Italian Countryside – Sabina Hills, Near Rome 🇮🇹
  
  Hello! I'm originally from England and now live in a charming stone country house nestled in the stunning Sabine hills of Northern Lazio, just an hour from central Rome. The medieval village of Casperia is a short 10-minute walk away, and the area is full of beautiful nature trails and peaceful views—our garden alone offers a breathtaking panorama!
  
  I share my home with my 18-year-old son, and my older son (24) often joins us on weekends. We enjoy a vibrant, creative lifestyle filled with good conversation, nature, and a relaxed rhythm.
  
  What We’re Looking For:
  Starting from mid-November, I’d love to welcome a friendly couple (or a solo volunteer) to join us for a cultural exchange experience. You’ll be part of our daily life, sharing meals, stories, and time together in a peaceful countryside setting.
  
  We’d appreciate your help with general household tasks and light garden maintenance—things like tidying, cooking, and keeping the home running smoothly. We also have a few outdoor projects that would suit someone practical and hands-on, so if you enjoy working with your hands and being outdoors, you’ll feel right at home.
  
  Our focus is on creating a meaningful exchange, so we’re looking for volunteers who are curious, open-minded, and happy to share their own experiences while learning about ours. Whether it’s swapping recipes, practicing languages, or exploring the local area, we hope this will be a mutually enriching stay.

  Your own room with a great view of the village, there are two shared bathrooms and the use of the rest of the house and garden.

  We have good wifi connection. Although the village and surrounding countryside is quiet, there are lovely and typical bars, cafes and restaurants. For brighter and more vibrant life, it would be necessary to go to Rome. The public transport is very well connected from our house, directly into the centre of Rome.
