In an old farm solognote that we restore with natural materials and simple processes (hemp, lime, earth, ...) we live close to the nature, open-minded to the world, in a place of experimentation, training, meetings and passing skills.
After the renovation of some of the buildings in order to accommodate guests, students, land (3h1 / 2) we create 2 large garden (edible forest garden) which complete the organic garden. For this we planted hedges and many fruit trees, mainly species specific (cold adaptation, old fruit or little known).
We provide courses around permaculture. Daily activities include: gardening (permaculture) Green Renovation (coatings, insulation, paint, etc ...) take care of animals. French, English and Portuguese spoken.
Dans une ancienne ferme solognote que nous avons restaurée avec des matériaux naturels et des procédés simples, (chanvre, chaux, terre, …) nous vivons proches de la nature, ouverts sur le monde, dans un lieu d’expérimentation, de formation, de rencontres et de transmission des savoirs.
Après la rénovation d'une grande partie des bâtiments, nous avons créé deux grand jardin forêts comestibles ( selon les principes de la permaculture) qui complètent le potager biologique. Pour cela nous avons planté des haies et de nombreux arbres fruitiers, principalement des espèces spécifiques (adaptation au froid, fruits anciens ou peu connus).
Nous accueillons aussi des formations autour de la permaculture. Les activités quotidiennes comprennent : jardinage (permaculture), s’occuper des animaux....Tipos de ajuda e oportunidades de aprendizado

The farm is located in the center region south of the Loire in Sologne.
La Sologne is a region of ponds, forests and nature preserved at 1h30 from Paris. Located at the border of several climatic zones (oceanic, continental, northern and southern) it has a great fauna and floristic diversity. La Sologne is home to a large number of animals, from large cervids to small libellules (38 species) and birds (220 species). Numerous paths allow you to go on foot, by bike or on horseback, the Sologne, now Zone Natura 2000.
