Lorena and I had a wonderful time ! Eraldo is a very nice and funny guy and the cook Isabella is such a lovely person. Working with the summer camp kids was also very fun.
We also had our own vegetable garden which was great. The work is okay and we were able to ride a lot.
We made trips to Florence, Sienna and Arezzo in our free time.
Thanks for

I stayed with Eraldo and Jenny for a month and really enjoyed my time. It is a very quiet, peaceful place especially during the winter month. Everyone was super friendly and the farm felt like home, soon. All of the horses are lovely charactered. There wasn't much work to do so I had lots of free time to go out for long walks with the dogs, ride

We stayed with the host for two weeks in October /November 2020 and really enjoyed our time there. Our main job was feeding the horses three times a day and for the rest, we helped with everything Eraldo needed help with. We brought the horses in for riding lessons and helped to get them ready, we looked after the dogs, we mucked out stables, we

Furthermore, we lived in a small house next to the stables with our own bathroom and kitchen, where we always cooked for ourselves. Jenny lives also on the farm and we sometimes went for a walk with her and the dogs and she even took us to a church and a small town nearby.
Both Eraldo and Jenny are incredibly nice people and we really enjoyed spending our time with them. The nature around is also very beautiful, but unfortunately, we didn't get to explore the cities around much because of the whole coronavirus situation, which is also the reason why we could only stay for two weeks instead of a month. But hopefully, we can go back to the farm someday when this crazy situation is over.Só é possível entrar em contato com Workawayers com assinaturas ativas.

Thank you so much, Eraldo, for such a wonderful time. This was my first experience of Italy, and oh boy was it everything I had dreamt of and more. Tuscany is immensely beautiful, and you get to explore it via the best method: horseback! My riding improved greatly during my time spent here, with Eraldo as an amazing teacher, who taught me skills I

The house to stay in was lovely, and in the perfect spot by the stables. It was lovely to meet so many young children all the time, too. The food, of course, is delectable, thanks to the wonderful cook Isabella, who is a radiant and loving woman. I also met friends here who I will keep for my whole life.
Thank you again for everything.
All my love, Honey

I spent four weeks here in August together with a friend of mine. We had an amazing time. The people, the house, the landscape, the horses- everything was wonderful. We took care of the horses, feeding, mocking, cleaning and of course riding. After a couple of days we got permission to take the horses out on rides by ourselves which was lovely.

Jenny is a great host and very interesting person. You will have a lot of nice conversations over dinner and red wine. I would definitely go back and do it all again!Só é possível entrar em contato com Workawayers com assinaturas ativas.

I spent two months here in May and June of 2015. The farmhouse is like a piece taken straight from a fairy tale--idyllic, cozy; seemingly impervious to time and the outside pressures of modern upheaval. Other than spending time with Jenny and learning from her wealth of knowledge of Local and National art, the horses are the absolute gems of this

My only concern would be that the work is much more substantial than just five hours per day. . . my co-workers and I were doing up to 8 (sometimes 9) hours, for six days a week, including lots of kitchen and housework. These extra duties made it difficult to ride as often as I would have liked.
At the end of my two months, I did feel very sad to go, as I learned a lot about myself, horses, work ethic, and team work. I hope to be able to pay for an actual vacation here one day, and wish all of the great people I met there all the best.

This was my third workaway experience and was great on many levels. The people are friendly, the horses lovely and well looked after and the setting simply stunning. Tuscany is so so beautiful and the riding mainly on trails through vineyards with very little road work

I wouldn't have missed it for the world and am hugely grateful to Jenny for welcoming me into her home and to her lovely team for making my trip an unforgettable one. I will miss this place and my new found friends so much but hope to make a reappearance in the not too distant future. My time here was short but brilliant! It was a fantastic experience with plenty of opportunities to ride and learn about Tuscan culture and history. The work here really depended on what was happening day-to-day (as is the case with most working farms!). There's often a lot that needs to be done, but at the end of the day one can feel satisfied, relax and enjoy the marvelous food, abundant wine and unbeatable views. Overall, I had a wonderful time here.Só é possível entrar em contato com Workawayers com assinaturas ativas.

Beautiful location and some of the most well trained horses I've had the pleasure to work around. I miss riding Carmen and little Tappo! I didn't expect to enjoy working with the childrens riding groups as much as I did, but it was very fun. The food here is amazing, I may have gained 10 pounds, but I regret none of them. This experience was an experience of a lifetime for me. It was the best way for me to learn about Tuscan culture and be around horses, which I love the most. Jenny and her colleagues made me feel as though I was family and it was very hard to leave them all. The horses are some of the happiest, well taken care of horses I have ever seen. Jenny

The work was strenuous as all farm work is, but at the end of the day you are happy because you are in such a beautiful place. A patient, positive attitude is essential. Also, remember what you are receiving in return for all your work: Incredible food, a safe place to live, and constant access to riding and taking care of horses.
Thank you Jenny for everything! I will be back soon.
