  Hola!
  My name is Ron and with my partner Mary we are opening a small retreat center and glamping resort. We will be focused on hosting Aerial and flow retreats, although we will operate as a glamping resort and and event center with space for ~25 guests.
  
  We are located on a beautiful acre of Aguacate, Costa Rica, about 15 minutes from Nuevo Arenal. We fell in love with this place and decided to pursue our dreams here. We have beautiful views of lake arenal and volcan arenal on good days as well. The weather here is as perfect as it gets, with daytime year round temps in the 70s to low 80s and 60s at night. This is probably the safest area in Costa Rica we have discovered, the food is amazing and there are countless activities nearby to be experienced.

During your time here, we will go out on multiple excursions, waterfalls, zip lines, hot springs, surfing, rafting, whatever you are interested in experiencing in Costa Rica we can make time to take you and share the beauty and warm hospitality that Costa Rica has to offer.

  We have several bell tents, we will be building dorms (bunk beds) in the 2 large ones and the smaller ones will be private.
  
  We are looking for anyone who has any experience with concrete (we need to make a few basic slabs), basic bamboo construction, and possibly welding(this a more for a future project, but if you could teach us the basics we would be super interested). If you speak spanish that's a plus as we may be collaborating with local contractors to lead the complicated work. Couples are welcome. Long term available. Some compensation may be available. Accommodations and meals provided. If you are able to really help us get this going, our doors will be open to you forever. We are also interested in people who may have experience with eco farming techniques, food forest, etc, anyone who can lead yoga or qi gong sessions (once operating)
  
  We will be flying down in May of 2025 to break ground and hope to be operational within 2-3 months.
  
  We need to build decks as platforms for the bell tents, we need to build a concrete slab with plumbing to septic(will be installed by a local contractor) for 4 toilets, we need another with 4 showers. The structures for toilets and showers will be simple, partially open bamboo stalls with a thatched roof. I am envisioning small round huts, maybe 10 ft in diameter. We will make a simple covered but screened in dining area, preferably also on a concrete slab. Finally, we need to build a 30 ft round concrete slab with a high thatched roof with bamboo supports, we will have insured local contractors doing any work at heights.

  bell tent glamping! Full size mattress with pillows and blankets. tent is 200 sq ft and 9 ft high, of extremely high quality cotton canvas. DRY, cool, breezy, and super comfortable. We will also be setting up a hot tub before we begin hosting. All food provided -at least 3 meals a day.

  We can work around your schedule. Our accommodations although glamping are 100% dry and have electricity.
