Descrição
We are located in two magical pieces of land, right in front of the beautiful Toachi Canyon and at the beginning of the 4x4 route to Quilotoa Volcano Crater Lake. We have an almost ready house to accommodate our guests in Isinliví. We have been involved with the tourism industry for many years and we help tourists find transport, bicycles, guides, and the best nature spots in The Quilotoa Loop and surrounding areas. We donate some of our income to our community. This is where traditional farming happens, raw, and the traditional wood-cooking, crazy wind farm experience starts. Everyday is school day and we are trying to help an old lady with her lifelong farm.
The Sanctuary for rescued dogs started 8 years ago and we are happy to make them happy at our site. This is the other beautiful piece of land, it is located right in front of Cotopaxi Volcano southern face and at the beginning of the 4x4 route to Chalupas Super volcano!
We have been supporting 147 doggies currently living close to Cotopaxi, we built a new shelter, "safe from the volcano" but logistics are still in progress and we want to keep doing something nice for stray dogs, hopefully extending our influence in how people treat animals.
We have a nice, safe and comfy hostel to accommodate our guests free of charge in Latacunga downtown and we are more than happy to also help with information and spanish language practice while they volunteer with us. This is the strategic site, the park where we grew up downtown, again in need of life and culture.Tipos de ajuda e oportunidades de aprendizado

You can learn Spanish, highlands farming, ecuadorian cuisine and local customs.
You can also explore the mountains with us, learning about camping, basic geography of Ecuador, local products and the amazing hiking trails of our area.Ajuda
If you like helping the community, and traditional farming, we are waiting for you. We hike a lot and donate our income from tours and other services to a local elderly farmer, or to the dog shelter which feeds and walks 147 rescued dogs 7 days of the week to help them be able to play with kids, teenagers and adults and be adopted one day. Please help us to make them happy, raise funds and play with them. A fture goal is also to prevent bites to hikers in the Quilotoa Trails through education and raising awareness in Sigchos and Isinliví.

We are strategically located in the heart of the Andes, about 2h30 minutes away from Quito International Airport, 1h30 from Quilotoa crater Lake and 1h. away from Cotopaxi National Park. If you like hiking and nature we can easily organize a trips to the Cloud Forest and or go visit my cousin with his archaeology project and crazy nature reserve in progress, Cotopaxi´s province hidden nature. Hiking around isinliví is also beautiful and a great way to acclimatize, there are many self guided hikes you can do.

Very affectionate with the animals thank you for coming and helping at work, good luck in all your travels
The work was consisting mostly of feeding, cleaning and cuddling doggos. Sometimes there was some weed to whack, a roof to build or the pump to fix. All in all, basic physical work which made me appreciate the relaxation by the fireplace in the evenings.
