  We are Jo and Ben, parents to 2 boys, we have a very energetic dog who likes to go stay with Friends when we go away, and a lovely old cat called Beau who no longer leaves the house, she likes to sleep in patches of sunshine and loves being stroked. Our house has 3 big bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, the main bedroom in the loft has a roll top bath, there is seating in the kitchen as well as a separate dining room, we have a big sunny garden with a 3m splash pool, a hammock, fire pit, and loads of seating for lounging and dining. We are a 2 minute walk from St Georges park where you can see all sorts of birdlife on the lake, play tennis or table tennis, enjoy the skate park or the café, on sunny evenings lots of families take their barbeques and eat out and play games, its a very friendly neighbourhood. We have a local high Street with a great selection of cafes and bars, a deli, a bakery, and lots of independent shops as well as a choice of supermarkets. You can cycle into town along the cycle path or catch one of the many buses, it takes about 15minutes to get into central Bristol, or, you can walk 15 minutes to the stunning nature reserve with views of the city and surrounding countryside, there are loads of great walks in the area with plenty of stops for coffee and cake.

  We are perfectly situated for viewing the Famous Bristol Balloon Fiesta, the balloons fly right over the house and can often be seen throughout the summer.

  Beau the cat eats wet and dry food, she's not got much appetite so her bowls need to be kept topped up, her bowls need washing daily as the warm weather attracts flies, she uses a litter tray as she no longer goes outside. We love house plants and they all get watered at the weekends apart from the succulents that only need watering on the last weekend of each month, if the weather is hot the garden plants need watering daily, there is a hosepipe and tap by the back door. The pool needs a daily dose of chlorine, Katy next door has the same pool and will happily advise you on how to maintain it.

  It's a 1930's 3 storey, 3 bedroom semi detached house on a quiet leafy street in East Bristol, there are 2 double beds and 2 singles, 2 shower rooms, and a roll top bath in the main bedroom. There's a large sunny garden with a 3m splash pool, a hammock, a fire pit and seating for lounging and dining. The house is being renovated and not all rooms are completely finished but all are fully useable and comfortable.
