  **Only for women** A sharing circle is a safe space where we introduce ourselves to each other, then we receive a guided meditation to listen to our inner self: our emotions, body sensations & energy. Afterwards, we are invited to share what we heard inside; it is not obligatory to share anything. It is a confidential, non-judgmental space, so what is spoken in the circle stays there. Tools are shared depending on what is important for the circle: • Increasing self-esteem • Improving self-knowledge • Emotional management • Comprehending needs and strategies to cover them • Letting go • Singing It is a space where our vulnerability and sensibility are welcome. We let go of the masks we put on to survive and allowing our authentic selves to bloom. If you feel misunderstood, lonely, or find it hard to express yourself, or have difficulty managing your emotions, this circle is for you. Fee: what you feel and can, the most important is your presence
