Hi there! We´re happy you're visiting our profile!

We are Francisco and Zaza.
Francisco(30) is Portuguese, he lived and worked in the Netherlands in hospitality for the last 5 years. I'm Zaza (37), Dutch (half Brazilian) and during the last 10 years I was working in hospitality and working as a hair stylist.

We met while we were both working in a veggie restaurant in Amsterdam. I was impressed by the love, care and skill he puts in the pizzas and dishes he prepares. He was very interested when he found out that I was guiding meditations in the spiritual centre in town. So I invited him to join one day and since that day we didn´t stop meeting up.

Soon we found out we both had simular desires; to leave that restaurant behind, leave the whole city life behind, there must be other ways than what the two of us have experienced so far... Some deep abstract feeling inside is pushing us in this direction to look for other ways of living.

So last summer we made a big step! We left the Netherlands behind, bought a little van, and now visiting different places and projects in Portugal and Spain to explore inside and outside what it is we really want.

To get more in tune with nature in and around us, to make inspiring connections with the people we meet along the way.

What we do for fun:
hiking, reading, drawing, embroidery, journalling, silly dancing, cooking, philosophy, yoga, running...

Besides all that quite some time and energy goes to the inner world and inner work.

* I have a natural talent for adding structure and cleaning up
* 14 years of experience in the hospitality sector (bars, restaurants, hostel) in the Netherlands and Brazil
* Bachelor in Arts and experience as a hair dresser.

Francisco:
*Able to juggle between different projects and tasks at the same time
* 10 years of experience in Hospitality, for the last 5 years have specialised in Vegan/Vegetarian cuisine and Pizza Baking with Plant Based alternative options
* Professional Course in Photography
