Hello lovelies,
My name is Wiktoria, but I like to be called Tori for short.
I am 22 years old and have successfully completed college as a graphic designer. After graduating from high school and so many years of school, I wanted to go to my dream destination Canada and improve both my French and my English, as I would like to study German and English afterwards.

I would be very happy if I could become part of your family for a few weeks - because it is very important to me to feel comfortable.

I am a very loving and family-oriented person who has always enjoyed working. I started delivering newspapers at the age of twelve, then as a babysitter at fourteen and from sixteen I worked in the supermarket, at the gas station or as a waitress in a restaurant. As mentioned above, I also completed an apprenticeship as a media designer and worked as one for three and a half years before moving to Canada.

What else can I tell you about myself? I am a total bookworm. I have a book blog with over 10,000 followers and have my own library in Germany with 1000 books. But I don't just like reading - I'm also an author. My big goal is to be a professional author one day. I am working hard to achieve this and am currently writing my first book with a german publisher.

But I am also versatile outside of literature. I do martial arts, Taekwando and love it very much. I had private piano lessons for ten years and have now been playing piano for about 12 years and guitar for 7 years.

One thing I particularly love is going ice skating in winter. I'm a bit out of practice, but I'd love to brush up on it again in Canada.

As I said, I would just love to get to know the country in its true form and culture. With wonderful people who can tell me about themselves.

I grew up billingual with German and Polish as my mother tongues, so I like to bring my two cultures closer together. <3 I also speak English fluently. I would like to end my time in Canada not fluent in French, but fluent enough to be able to converse without problems

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

My knowledge...hmm yes... as mentioned above, I started working early as a child. I delivered newspapers, babysat for years, volunteered as a youth leader at camps for several years and looked after children's groups.

We also used to have dogs, so I love doing things with animals. Unfortunately we can't get a dog now, but once or twice a year we have my mother's best friend's sweet Border Collie Rubin to look after him for two weeks. I would love to do something with animals.

Unfortunately I don't have a green thumb, my mom always thinks that might change when I'm older, but I love flowers and would love to learn more about them.

I'm also not afraid of physical work if I'm told what to do. (My father only had two daughters and so we had to fetch and chop wood with him in winter)

What else can I tell you about myself?
I am a trained photographer and enjoy taking photos. And I like to play board games. I generally like being around people and enjoy it when someone is with me.

I also like motorcycles.
Riding them, not the technical things... I have a motorcycle license, but unfortunately not a motorcycle.

I'm also very interested in sports. Martial arts, of course, but also soccer (I played this as a child), American football and racing. I would also like to learn something about ice hockey, but my knowledge is still very limited.
