I love the sun, the mountains and the silence. I enjoiy climbing, trekking and being with animals. I believe in harmony, love and sustainable wellbeing.

I opened this account years ago for a trip to California that I never ended up taking. I haven't used Workaway since then, but now I find myself re-evaluating it to spend 15 days immersed in nature, embracing simplicity, manual labor, meditation, and introspection.

It might sound a bit dull, hehe. I'm also cheerful, very sociable, and curious.

I'm Italian, born and raised in Rome. Captivated by the liminal space between nature, philosophy, and technology, I've built my professional activities around this concept, organizing conferences and hackathon to foster privacy and human rights in the digital space. As well as being part of several more-or-less distributed local communities around Europe.

I find myself at a point in my journey where I want to return to simplicity, to look inward, and to listen.


OLD Description (2019?):
I have just got my graduate degree in Economics and Management and decided to take a year off in order to travel, study on my own, have different working experiences so as to better understand myself and the next steps to be taken accordingly for my academic education. I have always been keen on and curious about meeting people, learning about new cultures and discovering environments different from mine in order to challenge the status quo, grow and understand what my planet really looks like. I truly enjoy reading about philosophy, history and technology.
I want to become an entrepreneur who exploits the knowledge of the economic system to create real benefits for people, implementing solutions that improve their living conditions and bringing transformative ideas in the business lifecycle.
I am a keen sportsman (I love moving and training my mental and physical skills) and a nature conservationist.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I'm really passionate about photography, hands-on crafts, and all sorts of creative work. I'm quite proficient with computers and have a comprehensive grasp of digital communication.

I would like to learn more about agricultural techniques, as well as wood processing and transformation. I'm also greatly fascinated by house/structures construction techniques using natural and recycled materials.

I'm striving to become self-sufficient in energy and food production, and for a few years now, I've been living in the countryside because I don't feel at home in the city.

I am quite knowledgeable about Italian cuisine and love to share my grandma's receips.
