LOOKING FOR A JOB/STAY JANUARY-MARCH 2025! 🫶🏻

Hi❣️ I'm a curious-minded 24-year-old girl from Helsinki, Finland. I'm currently figuring out what I want to do in life and I think there's no better way of doing that than Workaway! I'm more than ready for new adventures 🦋

Currently I'm working as a cleaner and as an assistant for disabled people. I would describe myself empathetic, honest, creative and positive. My hobbies are reading and going to the gym. Also art in its all forms is important to me even though I don't create much but I love to consume it (art, literature, music).

I want to try new things and push myself out of my comfort zone: I think that needs to be done in order to grow as a person and learn more things about yourself and the world. That's one of the main reasons why I want to travel - I want to learn: about new cultures, new people, new languages and skills, my own mind and self...

About my 2 previous amazing experiences from Workaway in 2019: I was in Prague, Czech Republic helping with cleaning a cafe, taking care of a kid, painting a floor and just general helping and cleaning. I stayed also in Genoa, Italy with a couple and helped with household chores/cleaning.

When it comes to work I'm hard-working, do the given tasks and always try my best. I appreciate the opportunity to even do Workaway: I definitely will not take your hospitality for granted.

But in general I don't take things too seriously, I think life is meant to be lived and enjoyed! :)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

My Workaway experiences:
Prague 1 week: helping at a teahouse, painting a floor, cleaning, helping with a kid
Genoa 2 weeks: housekeeping / cleaning (vacuuming, windows etc)

I have studied 2 years of social service studies in University of Applied Science. Currently I'm working as a cleaner and as an assistant for disabled people.

I have also worked in a
playschool, ice cream shop and Subway.
I have skills with animals and pets (I have had a cat and also worked at a children's farm), kids, cooking, cleaning and interacting with people of all kinds. And obviously I have customer service skills too!

Above all I enjoy working and being with people, animals or if the work includes something art related! But the work can be something really basic such as cleaning and helping around the house etc. I'm open for anything: I just really want to do the tasks well, see the local life and get new experiences! 🥰
