Hi! I’m Manami from Japan 🇯🇵
I love keeping active and living a healthy lifestyle.
I have a background in gymnastics, and fitness has always been a big part of my life. I love practicing yoga, doing CrossFit-style training, and going for runs.
I work in providing meals at a hospital, so you can trust that I am reliable and responsible, and I’m happy to help with meal prep, kitchen tasks,
I enjoy cooking healthy meals using fish, beans, and fresh vegetables(I don’t usually eat junk food or snacks, so sharing those might not be my strength.)
I don’t have any special skills, but I live on my own and take care of cooking, cleaning, and other daily tasks by myself.
But I will try my best to help you!
When I was a university student, I lived in a dormitory with about 30 people, so I am used to sharing spaces and working together with others.
At university, I studied physical education, and then I went to a vocational school to learned about nutrition.
I’m excited to experience new cultures and meet local people. I want to enjoy their daily life, discover more about wellness and people’s health. I also love spending time in nature and exploring beautiful streets and landscapes.
Other than Japanese, I am beginner English speaker ,so not always be smooth, but I will do my best to communicate and make sure we both feel comfortable.

一緒にフィットネスを楽しむ ヨガ、ランニング、クロスフィットスタイルのトレーニングを通して、体を動かしてアクティブに過ごすのが大好きです。ワークアウトをシェアしたり、他の人とアクティブに過ごすのも大好きです。 日本語と日本文化の共有 日本語を母国語とする私は、日本語を教えたり、日本の文化や習慣について共有したりさせていただきます。 簡単な作業のお手伝い 軽作業であればお手伝いできます。
