Description
Hi, all! We're Mallory and Markus and we can't wait to be a part of the workaway community and explore new countries in Europe. :)
We both work in the restaurant industry and are taking a sabbatical to explore European countries that we've never traveled to before, experience new natural environments, touch some grass, etc. We're from California and have grown up loving nature and exploring new places. We are hard workers and love to have a good laugh and chat!
This will be our first time doing workaday, and we're so excited to be a part of a cultural exchange and learn more about the communities we're working in. We'd love to chat more if you're interested in hosting us!

Markus
I have worked in vineyards and wineries quite a bit, so I have experience farming/gardening.
I love working outside and getting muddy when I can.
I am a confident cook I have experience cooking for large groups.
I make music and play piano, I wouldn't say I'm especially skilled, but boy I enjoy it!
I love birding, hiking, all of it.
Mallory
I have been a babysitter on and off throughout my teens/twenties and love working with children - I hope to make it my full time job one day!
I love yoga and dance.
I am very crafty and enjoy projects that involve sketching, sewing, knitting, and more. I'm always excited to learn a new crafting skill.
I'm not a complainer and am always happy to try a new project and have a laugh along the way.
