Hola, me llamo Lena, soy de Alemania y tengo 22 años. En los últimos años he estudiado una carrera en Ecología y Conservación de la Naturaleza. Como te puedes imaginar, me interesan mucho las plantas, los animales y la naturaleza en general.
Además de la naturaleza, me gusta hacer deporte: practico jogging y me encantan los deportes de pelota, como el voleibol. A veces horneo un pastel o simplemente paso tiempo al aire libre.

Me gusta pasar tiempo con niños y adolescentes, por eso he trabajado varias veces como monitora en colonias de vacaciones.
Pero, sobre todo, me encanta viajar por el mundo, descubrir nuevas culturas y conocer a gente nueva. Soy una persona muy abierta y amable.

Esa es también la razón por la que voy a estudiar un semestre en Tenerife. Me interesa mucho la cultura y el idioma español, y por eso dedico bastante tiempo a aprenderlo.

Hello, my name is Lena, I am from Germany and I am 22 years old. In the last years I have studied a degree in Ecology and Nature Conservation. As you can imagine, I am very interested in plants, animals and nature in general.
Besides nature, I like to do sports: I jog and I love ball sports, like volleyball. Sometimes I bake a cake or just go for a walk.

I like spending time with children and teenagers, which is why I have worked several times as a vacation camp instructor.
But most of all, I love traveling around the world, discovering new cultures and meeting new people. I am a very open-minded and friendly person.

That is also the reason why I am going to study for a semester in Tenerife. I am very interested in Spanish culture and language, and that's why I dedicate a lot of time to learn it.

I am a very open-minded, helpful, and social person who enjoys organizing and taking on responsibility.
I know how to cook vegetarian and vegan meals, I’m good with children (I have experience as a childcare worker), and I’m happy to lend a hand with practical projects.
I have a driver’s license.
In addition to German, I have good English skills, and my Spanish is getting better and better.
