Hi! I'm Léa, originally from Montreal but have grown up in the States. I am an adventurous person and am always down to try something new so travelling is a perfect way to do this. I love the outdoors and have a dream of living peacefully off the land one day but I have much to learn before then. I can be timid at first but I am a great listener and try to get out of my comfort zone often.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am an artistic person, I mostly do pottery and draw now but I can also do basic sewing, crocheting, and knitting. I have done many house painting projects and can pay close attention to detail. I love working with my hands and the prideful feeling of bringing something of your own making into the world, even if it's not always what you imagine in the beginning.
I currently work as a cook in two restaurants (one that serves globally inspired small plates and the other a busy cafe) so I am very comfortable and happy in the kitchen. I am passionate about all things with food, growing, cooking, and eating it of course. Though I have the least experience in growing it, I have worked in our house garden and on a small farm just outside of my city so I can do many basic tasks outdoors.
I love kids and have experience with babysitting and art camp counseling.
Overall I am a fast learner, adaptable, and organized. I know a little bit about a lot of things and look to strengthen all these skills however I can.

I am big into biking and bouldering. I also love a chill night of movie watching, reading, board games, crosswords, good conversations, etc.. I'm open-minded and will bring my positivity to anything!
