Hi, Im Kate!

Im a fun loving Australian that usually works as a personal assistant so I’m very good at getting things done 😀

I workawayed for most of 2019 spending time in Canberra, Denmark, USA, Morocco, UK and Canada - mainly working with animals but also garden work, maintenance, driving and many, many random tasks!

I loved it so much I’m taking a break from work this year October -December and plan to travel and Workaway again

Im well travelled (lived in London for 5 years) and have fantastic organisational skills. I’m extremely reliable, trustworthy and have a great work ethic.

I’m really looking forward to getting out of the office again and into the real world!

i enjoyed my time at the Farm. it was a mix of feeding and spending time with the animals and plenty of time to do my own thing - the amazing view of the sail boats on the channel and the beach at the bottom of the farm that was perfect for chilling out. I spent 3 weeks at Tessa's and loved every minute of it! the daily routine is easy and there is a lot of free time to do as you wish. I really enjoyed getting to know all of the animals, especially my little buddy Rambo! Tessa has a big heart and I really admire her commitment to helping animals in need.

We were very happy to have Kate at our place for a month. She has a good positive approach and a very good energy! She is very much reliable and very good at getting things done. Susan and Finn made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

our workawayer group quickly adapted to the routines of daily farm life. I fed the animals as part of my tasks which I loved! the work is fair and varied, and Susans cooking is the best reward!

Anne is a kind and considerate host, I thoroughly enjoyed my first workaway experience at her property.
