Description
Hi :-) My name is Josi and I am 22 years old.
Currently I am studying "City planning" in Erfurt.
Before studying I was travelling and working my way through the world.
I had a great time in Sweden doing workaway with a variety of interesting and new tasks and even more great people.
Then I made my dream of traveling to Asia come true! I was traveling around Thailand, Vietnam and Sri Lanka since the beginning of 2022.
I love traveling around and seeing as much as possible from a new country but I also realized that I need a purpose and project for my trips, which is why I love workaway!
In the last two years I met so many welcoming and inspiring people while volunteering and I would be very greatful if I get the opportunity to learn, live, exchange knowledge and work with even more great persons at beautiful places on new projects!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I‘ve worked for some month for an accommodation with restaurant in the mountains in Austria. I also have experiences as a babysitter and as a supervisor in holiday camps for children. Moreover I've worked in an office and did administrative tasks.
Thanks to Workaway I have a lot of experiences with living and working on a farm.
Moreover I did a lot of renovationwork. For example I renovated a swedish summerhouse and painted a lot of walls. :-)
I love working outside and have no problems with getting my hands dirty.
I am learning very fast and I am always motivated to gain new skills!!!

I am a very active person, who loves to spend time outdoors.
Although I live in a city, I try to flee as often as possible from the urban lifestyle, because I love spending time in nature while long walks, hikes or cycling.
In contrast I also love reading, listening to good music or playing games... when it comes to Romme I am unbeatable. ;-)

They helped us with different kinds of jobs: cutting and arranging wood, building support structures for the plants, spreading nourishment under the trees, picking oranges, making jam, cooking (nice chefs!) etc etc. They really put a lot of energy, commitment and love into each activity. Josi and Carlotta worked so hard for us. They helped with constructing the green house, carrying heavy planks of wool around, tidying and cleaning and generally being a pleasure to have around. Strong and sweet young woman.
I’d love to host them again sometime
Right from the beginning we felt welcomed and fell in love with the beautiful place in the mountains.
Thanks to Deborah and her cooking skills we gained a lot of weight ;) and thanks to Tayip we were entertained with 50% good music and 100% good coffee!
