Hey there!
I recently finished my Master’s degree in Civil Engineering in Zurich and before starting the next chapter of my professional journey, I want to dedicate some time to travel and experience daily life in different cultures.
For the coming months, I plan to travel through Australia volunteering as a Workawayer in different places while exploring the country. I am excited to contribute with hands-on work, develop my practical skills, and experience inspiring everyday life together with locals.
I’m curious, open-minded, and always ready to try something new. For me, Workaway is the perfect opportunity to step outside of my professional comfort zone and learn skills that you don’t acquire in a lecture hall. 😊

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I really enjoy working with my hands, whether it’s helping in the garden, doing small building tasks, or simply supporting with everyday chores. Physical work and being outdoors give me a lot of energy, especially when combined with teamwork.

In addition to practical and hands-on skills, my studies have given me a strong ability for pragmatic problem-solving as well as a solid scientific and mathematical background.

Since I was born in a small country like Luxembourg, I grew up with Luxembourgish, German, and French from an early age. Later on, as is often the case, English naturally followed. During my travels I am also trying to improve my Italian.

I enjoy a variety of hobbies and activities. In my youth, I spent many years playing the saxophone and basketball. Currently, I’m part of a football club in Switzerland. In my free time, I love spending time with friends, playing board games, and being outdoors. Sometimes doing sports, sometimes just enjoying nature.
