Hi i'm Emma from Belgium. i just turned 18. Before i go to university i want to travel for a year and explore lots of new places. Staying with a host and helping them out via workaway seems a good way to do this. I'm definitely willing to help wherever i can and i'm looking foward to meeting new people.

I really want to improve my french even though this is not my primary goal. If someone is interested in learning one of the languages i speak, it's not a problem and i would love to help. Also if someone likes to speak in their own language or learn me some, it's okay with me too.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I've been a member of the scouts for 12 years, where i learned a lot of skills (woodchopping, making a fire, reading a map,...). I have also done a lot of different types of jobs for the scouts like tapping at events, building up and breaking down events. Here i definitely learned how to work hard because it was often entire days or until really late at night.
Also i have had a lot of experience with animals. For many years we had horses at home. I rode horses and also helped at the riding school (clean the stables, feed them,...). Now we still have other animals at home: a dog, a cat, chickens and a bunny.
if you need help building things, i am not a professional but i've helped with drilling or painting before.
