Hi! I'm Elizabeth (she/her), but people call me Ellie, a French-speaking artist from Québec, Canada. I'm setting off on a long journey through Europe with the intention of slowing down, living lightly, and connecting deeply — with people, land, and stories.
I'm a writer, poet, and singer, passionate about ecofeminism, nature, animals, and community care. I'm used to living simply and love contributing to meaningful places through everyday tasks. I’m also very independent, intuitive, and a quick learner.
Other than that, my hobbies are: crocheting, hiking, cooking, gardening, Scrabble, and I love a cozy tea time with good conversation. I have a passion for everything fantasy, witchy, and fairylike.
Hi, I'm Catherine ( she/her ), people call me Cat.
I'm a self-employed sushi catering chef, I've had my own catering service for more than two years.
Before that, I've owned a restaurant with some friends for about 5 years and I've done two years of cooking school.
Other than work, you can find me in nature enjoying a solo walk in the forest or by the beach.
I love to be involved in the community surrounding me.
I'm travelling to learn new cooking techniques, news tastes and get out of my confort zone.
Currently in Morroco until the end of december and will probably go to Spain or portugual after that.
