Hello future hosts and hopefully lifelong friends! I was born and raised near Hamburg, Germany and now ready to start a new chapter. Since I was a little child, I loved going on holidays and luckily, my parents didn‘t hesitate to show me the world. I especially loved our travel to South Africa a few years ago but other than that, we mainly stayed somewhere in Europe. This is why I would love to explore other parts like Canada, South America or Asia.
My friends would describe me as someone who is quite adaptable. I always manage to form positive and respectfull relationships and to find joy in small things. I wear my heart on my sleeve and believe that honesty and respect goes a long way. I‘m the happiest when I‘m around like-minded people but at the same time I find joy in spending time by myself, especially with animals.

My special interest is the english language and I would like to gain fluency during my travels. In my free time I mainly consume english media (movies, books, social media) and have a great interest in learning everything that comes with it. Since I‘m not fluent yet, I can only see myself teaching English to beginners. However, I‘m open to teach German, since it‘s my native language.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I‘m a well-rounded and hands-on person. I have a good understanding of social media and know how to create content, manage accounts or take high quality photos.

At the same time a special interest of mine are animals. I can take care of and handle animals properly and in a gentle way and love to form connections with the different animals personalities.

I‘m also comfortable and skilled in working with people . I‘ve worked as a barista so I‘m familiar with customer service, coffee preparation and basic hospitality and cash register tasks .

My last workaway was a housekeeping position where I was responsible for a whole hostel.

Additionally, I‘m sporty and active, so anything involving physical activity or outdoor activity works for me as well.

I should mention that I‘m a vegetarian, meaning I eat no meat or fish. However, I don‘t care about what other people eat, as long as everyones diet is being respected.
