Hi all!

I'm Chris, I live in the North East of England, in a small village town on the coast. I'm 33 years of age and I'm a qualified maintenance engineer. I began an apprenticeship from school at the age of 16 and I was fully qualified with an NVQ level 3 and foundation degree by the age of 21. I have been and worked in maintenance ever since the age of 16 working as a multi-skilled technician.

However, I have recently took a (voluntary) redundancy from work to pursue my love of travel and exploring new cultures/ religions/ passions and life experience.

I have travelled around 30 countries now (approximately 20 solo). Although mainly Europe but I now want to travel further and explore more of Asia. I absolutely love to meet new people, young and old and listen and learn from their encounters in life. I have a young Nephew who I adore and love doing activities with him and trying to help him outside of school hours with anything I can.

I am a very caring and considerate person who always tries my best to do the utmost best for others health and happiness.

I absolutely love sport, especially football! But I'd love to learn more about many more countries passions on sport and normal day to day traditions!

I am quarter Polish so I used to know a little when I was a child as my father is fluent, however when I grew up and work became a priority, my knowledge grew less of the language. However, I would absolutely love to learn new languages, even just the basics!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

From a young age I had a passion of fixing things and trying to help my father on normal duties, fixing lights, broken furniture, gardening etc. That is why I went into maintenance and engineering straight from school. I left school with the highest marks recorded in engineering (at the time) with myself and my family were very proud of. I also completed my apprenticeship with all distinctions in all modules.
