Hi, I'm Isabella 23! I'm a Nutritional Therapist and creative storyteller who loves cooking, writing and being outdoors. I love to travel and explore, especially in nature. A few things that bring me happiness are hiking, yoga, being by the sea, singing and talking about or making food. I'm very creative; I paint, sing, play guitar, love to dance and I'm inspired by people with great stories. I have also experience working in customer service, digital and social media & of course nutrition. I want to connect with passionate locals about culture, food & customs for my next workaway adventures, learning more about local communities and film daily life scenes with my camera, alongside Dan. I would also love to improve my language skills and building things with my hands. I like a quiet life spent in nature and enjoy the simple things that life has to offer but I can also enjoy the wild city life filled with art, music and culture.

Ciao, I'm Daniele 27! I'm an aspiring young documentary filmmaker with a love of digital storytelling, music and cooking, experienced in working in digital and social media, content production & organising events. I love to travel, hike, play music and be in nature as well. I'm open minded and love to push myself to the next adventure. I am incredibly passionate about food and knowing where it comes from and I would love to collaborate with farmers, growers and foragers, learn from them and why not, tell their incredible stories through the lens of my camera I am very in touch with the land that surrounds us and love to make things with my hands. I grew up on the island of Sicily and moved to England when I was 19, where I met Isabella and now we are back in the south of England living a simple life and bettering ourselves everyday with activity and the food we put in our body. We would love to travel to obtain more knowledge of our passions, film people and places, learn new languages and find real connections with like-hearted people that share their experiences and knowledge with us as well as ours with them!

Our main passion lies in filmmaking: Daniele has a degree in film and media production and I love to make travel and food content and we would love to portrait stories of local people and communities through film.

I, Isabella, love to cook, host people and talk about food. From my experience as a nutritional therapist, consulting individuals to improve their lifestyle, I have gained a plethora of knowledge and skills on simple ways to make meals healthier and tastier. We forage herbs from nature to make warming and hearty meals. For example we have made pesto from wild garlic from the fields in England. Daniele's expertise lies in Italian cuisine, making fresh fish dishes and my expertise lie in vegan and vegetarian cooking. We are experienced gardeners, having vegetable patches in our homes in England and Italy. We are also skilled in making household products from very simple and cheap ingredients that are good for body, the planet and your pocket. So far we have made deodorant, toothpaste, soap, conditioner, dishwasher tablets and washing detergent. We are skilled musicians. Daniele is a great guitarist and singer and I play the guitar, saxophone and keyboard as well as singing. We love to play and sing around a campfire with a group of friends. We are also creative in other ways for example, woodwork and painting. I attended art school before finding my love for nutrition. We're incredibly sustainability-conscious and think thoroughly about the imprint we have on the world. We are very passionate about ecological design as we would love to have our own regenerative farm one day and live the homesteading life.

  We are Flexitarian - Try to eat as seasonal and as many wholefoods as possible! We have been vegetarian, pescatarian & vegan in the past and now have reverted to a mainly omnivore diet but can eat everything.
