Hello! I am in Europe to connect to my ancestral roots, and love connecting with and contributing to community wherever I go. I love the fulfillment that comes with seeing the tangible result of my day’s work and helping to bring some ease and joy to the people and places I am engaged with.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

My background is in farming and farm planning and consulting. I know how to grow food and set up systems to do so (from the most basic to sophisticated!)
I owned and managed my own farm and farm business and have mentored people of all ages in getting started in agriculture, as well as managing teams of volunteers and apprentices on the farm. I'm efficient and an expert multitasker!

I have also worked for years as a facilitator, and have strong communication, collaboration and conflict resolution skills.

I'm a great cook and baker and love cooking healthy, vegetable based food, (I eat meat these days but was vegetarian for many years). I enjoy preserving fruit and veg and creating teas from the garden. The kitchen is my happy place.

I also love working with design and creative problem solving to create practical and beautiful spaces and streamlined systems. I have a high attention to detail and love keeping things clean and organized. I am really good at identifying what needs to be done and filling the gap.

I have experience working with children and love creative play - especially spending time together in the kitchen and garden and nature generally.

I'm deeply empathic and love balancing efficient, task-based work with slowing down and connecting with the humans around me - I care a lot about how people are doing!
