  Right now I live in a house near the center of the city of Comodoro Rivadavia, which belonged to my paternal grandparents for more than 50 years. The land is large and wooded and in addition to the house it has a shed and a garage among other spaces. For accommodation I have a room in the house that can be individual or shared, I frequently receive travelers and friends.
  
  The main purpose of the search is the maintenance of the land and the family house that I am taking care of, a 900 square meter plot with an old house, which requires various repairs (cleaning, painting, light construction, plumbing, cleaning, electricity, etc. ) and different garden maintenance tasks (cleaning, watering and mowing the lawn, plants and trees -also harvesting, some of them fruit-, cutting firewood, tidying the space, etc)

  En estos momentos vivo en una casa cerca del centro que perteneció a mis abuelos paternos desde hace más de 50 años. El terreno es grande y arbolado y además de la casa tiene un galpón y un garage entre otros espacios. Para el alojamiento dispongo de una habitación en la casa que puede ser individual o compartida, frecuentemente recibo viajeros y amigos .
  
  El fin principal de la búsqueda es el mantenimiento del terreno y la casa familiar que estoy cuidando, un terreno de 900 metros cuadrados con una casa antigua, que requiere de varios arreglos (limpieza, pintura, construcción liviana, plomería, limpeza, electricidad, etc) y distintas tareas de mantenimiento del jardin (limpiar, regar y cortar el césped, las plantas y los árboles -también cosechar, algunos de ellos frutales-, cortar leña, ordenar el espacio, etc)

  For free time there are many things to do, it is one of the largest and most active cities in Patagonia, you can go for a walk, eat, explore its neighborhoods, go to the beach, do different sports, trekking, go to cinema, museums, cultural activities and night outings.   Para el tiempo libre hay muchas cosas para hacer, es una de las ciudades más grandes y activas de la Patagonia, se puede saiir a pasear, a comer, a recorrer sus barrios, ir a la playa, hacer distintos deportes, trekking, ir al cine, museos, actividades culturales y salidas nocturnas.
