Hello!

My name is Alexandra. I am currently living in Helsinki where I am finishing up my bachelor's studies in social psychology. Having lived here for about 5 years now, I find myself continuously looking for an opportunity to explore something else, travel somewhere new and meet new people.

I have grown up on the Finnish countryside and therefore spent my childhood in nature and by the sea. My favourite place is this small island in the archipelago where I spent most of my summers as a child.

I have always been drawn to organisations, and spent a lot of my free time (over the last 10 years) working on projects, hosting events and thinking about organisational structures. These have included both an organisation focused on school-student right as well as an organisation connected to my student life, as well as others.

When I do have free time I like to read books, thrift shop, take long walks, cook and have long conversations with my friends over a glass of wine.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Work experience:
Many of the jobs I have had, have been focused on costumer service. These including working in a small fish boutique in my hometown, working at a pizza restaurant and currently I am working part time at a restaurant where I am both serving tables and tending the bar. In addition to this I have also worked at kindergartens and leading gymnastics groups for children.

Volunteer work:
Over the last few years I have been active in a few different organisations, which have all taught me more about myself and helped me grow as a person. Working together with many different types of people have taught me the importance of communication, teamwork and given me a "let´s figure it out"- attitude.
