Hi everyone :) My name is Annika, I'm 19 years old and I'm from Austria. After I graduated I was very excited to work, travel and explore for a year before I started with university. Now I'm studying to be an elementary school teacher and use every time I get to explore new places. I would say that I'm an open-minded and positive person, and almost always full of energy. I also love meeting new people and make friends all over the world. In my free time I usually like to workout at the gym or do things outside like going on bike rides for example. I also play the violin and music in gerneral is just something I really like. There are many more things that make me happy, for exmaple cooking, taking care of animals and swimming in the ocean, but if I would write about everything I enjoy doing it would take veeery long :) So yea, I can't wait to get out there and explore

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I've been playing the violin since I was 5 years old and also tried to teach myself how to play the piano and the ukulele - music makes me really happy :) Additionally I would say that I'm good with children. I'm babysitting from time to time and seeing the joy and excitment kids have is often inspiring me. Sometimes I also take care of my best friend's dog so I think that I can handle animals and take care of them pretty well. Of course I also learned some langauges at school. So, I had English for 8 years and french for five years but my French definitely needs some practice. Part of my family is from Finland so I can also speak a little bit of Finnish but not really a lot.

Annika is good with kids, she speaks great english and is very easy to be around with. I don’t have any complainments and neither does the kids, they miss her already! Annika was good at all the shores we gave to her, like cleaning the house, playing with kids and walking the dog. She fitted perfectly in to our family and is welcome back anytime. 🫶

My stay with Veera and her family was amazing. They made sure I was comfortable all the time and treated me like family. The kids are open and full of energy and will definitely make you smile. I'm so grateful for the experience and can definitely recommend it.

My experience with Gus, Emiliy and the dogs was amazing. In the beginning of my month with them, I noticed that the work is hard and something most people are not used to, but once I got to know the routine I realized that it's a wonderful place to be. Annika is a good kid. She was a pleasure to host. She's a fast learner and very easy to be around. She learned the system here in record time and insured the dogs were cared for properly.

She stacked a lot of firewood, as per the regimen of the "clam gulch gym". and was able to enjoy a february in alaska, which can be a collectors item.
