Description

I love swimming in the sea, snorkeling and travel. I have carpentry and joinery skills, though my main work experience was in creating and distributing greeting cards . I have made lots of furniture and equipment for my partner's Montessori schools, and also structures like wicking beds, compost heaps, greenhouses for our gardens. I like making stuff , and I am always happy in a woodworking shed. I read history, trying to understand how we got to where we are now. I like Indian food, and have travelled in India many times, and had businesses importing jewellery and textiles from there.
We have helped as woofers , to build a straw bale house in the French Pyranees. We owned a farm for 5 years where we hosted many woofers, so we have experience of both sides of helping. We lived in New Zealand for 15 years, before moving to Australia.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

We have run a farm with a tourist accommodation business in Western Australia. We have many years experience of organic gardening, compost making, permaculture.
I have experience in carpentry, building, fixing things, irrigation. Annie is a perpetual student and knows about soil science, qigong, growing food, early childhood education, amongst other things.

We both love dogs. I am happy to be involved in eradicating/controlling introduced pest animals i.e. possums. I have to swim frequently. We have a van which we can sleep in. If you want someone to talk about history with, I am your man.
