Hi, I'm Zoe :) I'm a 34 year old Australian. I spent 2 years travelling and workawaying a few years ago and had so many great experiences including hotels and hostels, museums, farms, renovation projects. I've been in working in Education support at the University of Sydney for 5 years but now have some time off to travel. I am a vegetarian, interested in sustainability and different ways of making community. I love learning new things, seeing things in different ways and having interesting conversations. At the moment I am enjoying salsa and a bit of rock and roll, rock climbing and learning Australian sign language. Looking forward to my next Work away!

Wow, what an amazing place. Fabian was a wonderful host and the combination of a beautiful place, great project, people and always great food (thanks San) really made it just perfect for me. I am slow giving feedback, but I wanted to say that I really had an incredible time at the foundation. I met great people, enjoyed the work and especially loved working in the cafe. There was always something interesting happening. I loved helping out at the events, they were really a lot of fun. Thanks to all of you!

This exchange was one of the most wonderful Workaway experiences I have had. Really I would say it was magical. Francis and Annette must be two of the most awesome people in the world and they made the campsite such a fun and special place. I will always remember sitting around the fire talking to guests and taking the bikes to go for trips, so… read more

Zoe was a wonderful volunteer. She was fun, extremely helpful and keen to learn. She did a great job earth rendering in the house - very meticulous and she helped out with the vegan cooking and gardening. My friend and I have just spent two wonderful weeks with Franz and Aimee (and Gert, Simon and Potter the dog) at the Mill. I cant say enough what a wonderful place it is. I had such a beautiful two weeks at Hannas work away. Hanna picked me up from the bus station and I felt so at home even on my first day.
