My name is Ylenia, I’m from Italy and I am an Ayurvedic therapist. I also practice energy and holistic therapies. I really love to cook, from traditional Italian dishes to international ones! Cooking for others and sharing meals is a very valuable thing for me!
I like learning new languages and enjoy to learn new cultures and ways of living life!!! Making new friends and sharing good times. I enjoy practicing Yoga, meditation and activities related to fitness.
I'm so passionate about Indian culture and the traditions, one of the reasons I wanted to travel along this amazing country!!
I am so eager to have new experiences, meet people, sharing, learn new things and help others!!!

I practice Ayurvedic treatments and energy therapies such as Pranic healing. I enjoy gardening , I’m interested in learning more about it and stay in contact with the nature! I have experience in restaurants and coffee shops.
