Description
We’re offering an exciting 3-month live-in volunteer opportunity for a passionate hospitality student looking to gain hands-on experience in our Luxury Ayurveda Resort. You’ll work alongside our dedicated team and get exposure to all key departments—from front office to guest coordination and sales.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist in guest check-ins/check-outs and front office operations
Handle sales calls, explain packages, and assist with bookings
Coordinate with spa, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams
Support in maintaining service excellence and guest satisfaction
Learn how a wellness resort delivers 5-star hospitality every day
Eligibility:
Currently pursuing a course in Hospitality or Hotel Management
Fluent in English (Malayalam is a plus)
Willing to stay on-site for the full 3-month duration
Proactive, presentable, and eager to learn

Hey there! As a volunteer in our Ayurveda haven, you'll stay in an accommodations situated near the resort. since we embrace an Ayurvedic lifestyle, vegetarian options will be available. However, we also believe in keeping our team happy, so you'll have the choice of veg or non-veg meals for lunch if required.
