Aloha!
My Nick name is Trinity. First and foremost I love the beauty and wonder of nature! The natural world Is the foundation that keeps my spirit alive and vibrant!

About me, ✨Trinity✨
I am 46 years old. I love to travel and experience different cultures and ways of life.
My son and I have traveled to Morocco, Italy, and France. We have connected and worked with 10 international hosts through Workaway. I learned so much from each different culture! This experience was very expansive and enlightening!

I have alot of life experience and have learned very important communication skills and how to apply them to real life experiences.

I have been a certified Hatha yoga teacher since 2012. I since have furthered my studies in yoga Breathing practice to deepen my understanding of yogic breathing and include breathing techniques in my own practice and in teaching. I also have studied how yoga can improve flexibility. I am a certified as a yoga trapeze instructor, I earned my yoga trapeze teachers certification in November of 2019 from the Yoga Teachers College in Barcelona,spain. I am in the process of creating an online course and e-book, to teach the foundation of breath work and the benefits this practice has for overall well-being. I have plans to create more courses and teach zoom classes. I am very excited to learn more and to explore the great depths and benefits of yoga practice!
I have a lot of life experience. I have experience in many different fields of work and play!

Since I was young I have had many years of professional house keeping experience. Working in private homes, in 5 star hotels, and 4 years working at an air bnb. I owned my own cleaning service in Hawaii for 5 years.
Housekeeping has been my go-to for the support of my family.

My son:💫
He is 10 years old and is a very lively and inquisitive boy. He loves to play in nature and asks so many questions about what your in to. I think he wants to learn all he can from everyone he meets!
He loves to exercise and keeps his body moving! He is interested in animals of all kinds and wants to rescue anything he can. He found an injured bird in Hawaii and we took the bird to a rescue center near to us. What we found out is that bird was an endangered species. Unfortunately the birds leg was broke and they could not help it, so it pasted away. But this was a very proud moment for my son to know he can make a difference through his care and compassion💛✨
I hope to encourage his passion for animal rescue in the future!
He is inspired by science and what there is to learn about the world. I want for him to have an expansive mind and to learn to understand and have compassion for all cultures and people. I have a mission to teach him the importance of ethical and spiritual values and to respect and be open minded to all different ways of living.
This little boy is a great travel partner and is so excited to experience new cultures and people!

Over all I'm looking to create connections to further the positive influence myself and my son can make through our passion to help others through the process of positive change in this world❤

I am a certified hatha yoga teacher since 2012. I also have a certificate of teaching for yoga trapeze And have studied yoga breathing more in depth in the past couple of years.
I am very interested in teaching Yoga to children and Adults.

I have accurate communication skills and work well in a team.

I have had work in professional house keeping (cleaning service)
I have 10 years experience of professional cleaning.

I have experience in catering. From preparing and serving food and drinks, to preparing and setting up for events and tear down and clean up of events.

I have experience working at restaurants. Prep cook, dishwashing, bussing. Mostly back of the house.

I have gardening and farming experience. Seeding, composting, planting, tilling soil.

I have caregiving experience caring for the elderly and disabled.

I am a dancer and fire dancer.

I have three amazing children and have much experience taking care of children. I was nanny of four boys for two years, for a family in Hawaii.
In my early 20's I worked in a early childhood development Center and went through childhood development training classes. I cared for children from infant to teens in this facility.

I am also an artist 🎨
I paint and draw And work some with pastels.
I made hand made jewelry.
I know how to crochet , knit , and sew. I know how to work with wool to make hand make felt. I have learned to make gloves from the felt. I love to do and teach arts and crafts!
