Description
Hi, my name is Ruarc, but everybody calls me Tanta :) I am 24 years of age from Ireland. Im looking to spend my summer exploring the Canadian wilderness and taking in the culture. Growing up in rural Ireland has given me a great appreciation for the outdoors, and I want to spend as much time as I can outside. I'm looking for any kind of work that would keep me outdoors and around nature (I will do anything). I just want to escape the noise of the city life and peacefully for a while.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I'd have quite a bit of experience with DIY, having worked for a property company for a few years doing general maintenance. Some basic examples of this would be general labor, basic electrical and plumbing work, garden upkeep, as well as a little experience growing fruit and vegetables over the summer.
I have a lot of experience with animals having grown up on a small chicken farm and also worked as a volunteer at a dog rescue charity, which aims to house stray and abandoned dogs.
I am also very quick to learn and really enjoy physical work, so I would be up for whatever the task may be.

I love to rock climb (mostly bouldering)
I play guitar and play some piano here and there.
I do enjoy martial arts and currently practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with a background in kickboxing and Muay Thai.
I enjoy reading and making jewelry on the odd occasion.
Sustainability is a big interest of mine, particularly in the energy sector, such as wind, water, and solar renewables.
I love to hike or to be outdoor in any capacity (water sports/activities are also welcomed).
