Hi everyone!

We are Julka and Ola, two 22-year-old friends from Warsaw, Poland. We’ve known each other since high school, and we make a fantastic team! Ola is studying Psychology and works in a kindergarten, while Julka studies Pedagogy (focusing on Culture Animation & Alternative Education) and works as a nanny and barista in cafes.

We discovered our shared love for travel and active adventures when we went to a surf camp in Marocco together, and now we are looking for new adventures! We are looking to escape the big city life for a bit and experience the beautiful French or Switzerland countryside, connect with nature, and enjoy the sun and the seaside.

What we can bring to your home:
We are positive, responsible, hardworking, and very adaptable. Between the two of us, we have a lot to offer:
With our backgrounds in Psychology and Pedagogy, we are experts with kids! Ola works daily in a kindergarten, and Julka has 7 years of nanny experience and is a proud aunt to 5 young kids (ages 1-7). We can easily organize fun, creative, and safe activities for children.

Julka is a passionate baker who even creates and sells custom birthday cakes to order. We’d love to share some delicious treats and Polish recipes with you, and we are eager to learn about French cuisine.

Ola is an experienced, certified windsurfing instructor! We both love water sports, active lifestyles, and anything related to nature and survival activities.

We are absolutely open to any kind of work. We are happy to help with gardening, house chores, painting, or renovation. We also love animals (Julka grew up with a Golden Retriever , Ola with Labrador and cat), so taking care of your pets would be a pleasure.

What we are looking for:
We want to experience authentic countryside living, help our hosts as much as we can, practice our French (we are beginners but highly motivated!), and spend time near the ocean or nature.

We both speak fluent English and Polish.

We are tidy, respectful of privacy, and always bring good energy wherever we go.
We can't wait to meet you and help out around your place!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Our skills
We are two motivated, open-minded and responsible people who enjoy learning new things and adapting to new situations. We are both quick learners and we like being helpful, especially in places where there is a good atmosphere, cooperation and trust.
Together, we have experience with childcare, especially in a respectful and child-led approach inspired by Reggio Emilia. This means that we value good relationships, children’s needs, creativity, independence and following the child’s interests. We are patient, caring and attentive.
We both have driving licences and around 3–4 years of driving experience. We are also flexible, well-organised and happy to help with everyday tasks. We enjoy cooking and once prepared a Moroccan feast together. We can also lead a very basic surfing lesson on land, including simple exercises and introduction to balance and movement ;)

Ola’s skills
Ola has experience walking dogs and taking care of children. She can make good coffee and enjoys cooking. She is a windsurfing instructor and also rides horses, so she knows how to take care of them. She speaks advanced English and intermediate French. She also has some practical experience with renovation, as she helped renovate a classroom in secondary school. Ola is studying psychology, which helps her understand people, relationships and children’s needs better.

Julka’s skills
Julka has experience painting walls, plastering, sanding wood and doing simple renovation work. She is capable of starting a fire and chopping wood, so she would definitely survive in the wilderness. She enjoys cooking and baking. She has also taken care of children, walked dogs and planned trips for groups. She speaks English and studies pedagogy, so she is interested in education, development and working with children.

We are not afraid of practical work, new challenges or learning from others. We would be happy to support hosts with childcare, animals, cooking, light renovation, house tasks, creative activities, outdoor activities and anything else we can learn along the way.
