Description

Hey! I’m Sofi, 32-year-old from Uruguay:) I’ve been on the road for the past six years, living in Europe, Asia, and Oceania. Right now I’m based in New Zealand, but I’m getting ready for my next adventure — starting in Thailand this June, then heading to Sri Lanka and India.
I’m a yoga teacher and massage therapist, and I’m super passionate about anything creative. I love singing, painting, making my own clothes, and cooking. Nature is really important to me — I feel happiest when I’m surrounded by it and connecting with others in a meaningful way.
I’ve done a bunch of volunteer projects while traveling, but the one that touched me the most was in Bali. I spent a few months helping out at an art sanctuary and school, building and creating mosaics all over the place. It was such a beautiful experience and one I’ll never forget.
Looking forward to meeting amazing people, sharing skills, learning new things, and having fun along the way!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

For the past couple of years, I’ve mainly been focused on teaching yoga and giving massages — it’s what I love most, and I’d be super happy to keep sharing those skills wherever I go.

I’m also a hard worker and always keen to help out however I can. I enjoy learning new things and always give my best in anything I do.

I love cooking for others! I’ve worked in French and Australian restaurants, but also just enjoy making meals for friends. I’ve spent time working on the land too — planting and picking fruits and veggies.

A few years ago, I built my own campervan in Australia, so I’ve picked up some handy construction and DIY skills along the way.

Before traveling, I studied and worked in Human Resources, which gave me strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.

I’ve also done lots of babysitting — I’m the oldest of four siblings, so being around kids feels natural to me and I really enjoy it.
