Hi there! I’m Shana ☺️

I’m a laidback, grounded Australian with a background in social work, yoga and ocean-based environments. I have experience in photography, teaching yoga, running wellness workshops and leading surf events. I enjoy being part of spaces that value care, community and meaningful exchange. I’m especially passionate about photography, free diving, marine life and feel most at home in nature, particularly near the ocean. I value genuine, meaningful connection and have been described as easygoing to live with. I’m adaptable,compassionate and happy to help out where needed while sharing my skills and learning along the way.

Teaching yoga for for freediving groups and surf groups
• Delivering wellness workshops focused on mindfulness, movement and wellbeing
• Leading women surf events and supporting inclusive, confidence-building ocean experiences.
• Background in social work, including delivering counselling sessions and providing emotional support in one-to-one and group settings
• Strong communication skills, emotional awareness and trauma-informed approach
• Photography for content creation, documentation and promotion
• Experience working in community-based and nature-focused environments including volunteering in South Africa for an orca foundation.
• Passion for marine life and ocean-based work with plans to study marine science.
