Come and visit the beautiful island of Isabela in Galapagos, and help us in the farm, clearing the weed, gardening, taking care if the animals.
We just began, and we need help, also because we have a 5 years old young boy, and a 2 years baby ☺️

We could help you to improve your spanish, teach you about the fruits in Galapagos, and obviously give you many advices to visit Galapagos.

We need someone to help outside, to remove weed, with a brush cutter or by hand.
Also to collect our delicious fruits (banana, Papaya, pineaple, lemon, orange ...), to clean around the trees, cut weeds, and taking care of the pigs, ducks, chicken and dogs.
You'll be working outside all the time!
We also have some constructions project, and DIY 😃 depend on your abilities !
And a 5 years old boy who loves playing with New people.

The bathroom is clean, and usually with hot water ....
We provide you a 2 persons bedroom.
You will have your own simple kitchen to cook your meals, just near your room.
You can consume fruits as much as you want.
You'll have to bring the rest of your food, that you could buy on the island.
You'll have to help 3 hours a day (at least 😊).

We are in the Highlands of Isabela, fresher than on the beach, but very pleasant to sleep.
The bus stop is at 35 minutes walking, and then it takes 45 minutes to go to the beach.
!! ONLY 2 BUS A DAY (1$) !!
With a taxi it takes 30 minutes, 15$
Not possible to rent car or motocycle.
We enjoy to receive volunteers who want to help, interested in the farm ... Not who just want to save the hotel cost 😉
Isabela is probably the most beautiful island of Galapagos, and for sure the best to see all the animals ! We could give you all the tips you need 😊

Elle s'est vite intégrée, nous a aidé avec le debrousaillage et les animaux, et a passé beaucoup de temps avec mon petit garçon de 3 ans, qui a beaucoup apprécié !

I had a great stay! I stayed for two weeks and would have loved to have stayed longer. They've built a really special, peaceful place. Achille spend 3 weeks at the farm.
He was completly involved in all the farm work. He spent all the day with me and my son, helping me collecting fruits, feeding pigs... He spent time taking care of my son, and was helping also the afternoon, removing weeds.

The First week on the farm was amazing. Cesar did show me a lot of different things on the farm and what to do. But the second week was boring we had to do the Same work for 5 days and 5 Hours just cutting down plants. So I didnt collect any new experience in this whole week. Enzo is a nice and easy going guy ...
But maybe to easy going to help maintain the comun areas cleaned. I had to ask several times for the kitchen to be cleaned after use... And the bathroom has been cleaned only when he left, nada because I asked.
I precise that I did a 'conduct line' on paper, and I explained it when he arrived.

My first workaway, it was a good experience! Learned a lot during my time here. The farm is beautiful and I think the idea they have for this project is great. Isabela is also a super beautiful island. People are very friendly and if you are hitchhiking they always stop.

We stayed one month on the farm of Cécile and César and absolutely loved it! They are very open, caring and have a big heart for all animals and plants. They do a really good job on the farm and have their own peaceful paradise in the highlands of Isabela.
