Hi hi!

I’ve been back in my home country, Mauritius, for about two years now after a six-month solo trip through Europe. During my time here in MRU, I had the chance to explore different paths. I started a bachelor degree in communication (completed one year) and took on internships in biology, tourism, permaculture, and agriculture. These experiences gave me the space to reflect on where I wanted to go and how I wanted to spend my time and energy.

Eventually, I realized I wanted to heal people :)) This January, I started an online foundation course in naturopathy. With this in mind, I thought this year would be the perfect time to travel, immerse myself in new experiences, and take a much-needed breath of fresh air.

I’m easygoing, eager to help and learn, and I pick things up quickly (pretty solid common sense too :)). I really like any type of manual work, getting my hands dirty, and always loveeee some good music.

I’m looking forward to experiment fulfilling moments through Workaway, reconnecting with myself and others, and getting out of my comfort zone.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Any type of manual work makes me happy. From painting, tattooing, gardening, taking pictures and videos, editing, playing guitar, making jewellery, building, cooking, cleaning, and so on...

On the other hand, I spent nine years with the St-François D'Assise Scout Company in Mauritius. During that time, we engaged in charity work to support local communities and mainly focused on ecological projects around the island. We were often out hiking and camping, pretty close to nature. This experience taught me how to work and live with groups of people while learning about myself.

As French is my native language, I'd be thrilled to teach you some.
