Hi everybody!
My name is Samuele from Italy and i'm 28!
In my city i spent 4 years studying and working hard as apprentice in a tattoo studio in my town and 3 years ago I've been able to finally start to work as a professional, i love this job and almost everything related with it, if your curious about it feel free to ask, I'm always happy to talk about it;)
On the past years i started to notice more and more things in the society i live and in the common lifestyle of people around me that wasn't matching my idea of fairness and ethical development so i started to get interested in alternative lifestyles and people and communities that choosed to diverge from the beaten path to try to find or create a reality that would better fit them in.
So with this in mind when covid setback happened i thought that feel sorry, curse or just wait for things to get better it would have been just a wasted opportunity to take a break from my life and try to understand if there are alternative path more in tune with my feelings and values. It was for this reason that a in 2020 I tried workaway for the first time and had 3 amazing and delightful months wandering in Portugal and meeting a lot of different people and way of living. I deeply loved that experience and 2 years ago I did it again in Tenerife where I spent 3 months. Unfortunately some circumstances forced me to stay at home since then but finally starting this 2025 I'm able to take somethimes to myself and leave again so here I am, currently headed to Goa in February and after that we’ll see where life brings me ;)
In these times i hope to have the chance to meet people that will enjoy to spend time togheter, to connect with and share their choices and experiences with me.
I'm a loyal, toughtful and easy-going person and i like to hear and share feeling, reasoning and ideas and even if sometimes i need a bit before get confident don't worry in a moment we'll be talking of the most wide and weird topics you can think about! :)
I costantly question myself and I truly believe that we should treat people like we would like to be treated and for this reason i always try my best to be kind and respectful of people around me.
Most of all i love genuine people that don't strive to happear like something that they aren't and on the other hand i can hardly deal with hypocrisy and absolutely can't stand aggressive behavior, I think it's a very poor way to let people know your opinion, if you're right why being rude?

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

As mentioned before my greatest passion is tattooing and aveything related with it.

Beside that in the past years i also worked as farmhand and gardener sometimes to support myself and my family, i'm not an expert of curse but i have two working hands and i'm a quick learner so we can arrage it somehow! :)

In the past years i joined various charity project and i volunteer in various organisations and no profit groups, working with kids, elder and immigrant communities and partecipating and sometimes planning fundraising and no profit project for the community.
The most interesting projiect in which i took part in my opinion was a basic computer and art class for prisoners of my city's jail, a bit challenging experience sometimes but certainly enriching!

i also love trekking and outdoor camping and even if i'm not a survival expert trought the years i learned to look after myself and menage to get out from uncomfortable situations.
I also learned some basis craft and building skill and when i lack the knowledge i usually find a way to handle the situation with improvisation, smartness and spirit of adaptation!

Autres infos...

Well, beside what i've already shared with you, my other interests and hobbies are about most different and various subjects: reading, watching a ton of movies (i also go to cinema to see both of new films and classic whenever I can) and listen a lot of music.
I also love trekking and outdoor camping and enjoy to be sourrounded by nature as often as i can. I'm particularly fascinated by nature related topics, rural traditions and plants, even if just as amateur, never actually studied but read a lot about that kind of subjects and I'm always curious to hear something about from people who actually know something about them.
I also enjoy to work with my hands and building things from scrap, even if not a professional carpenter or builder I love that kind of task, it give me satisfaction using my hands to create something, and I find crafting task particularly interesting.
One thing that I actually love is cooking with people and then enjoy togheter what we made, it's an amazing way of hanging out (I'm Italian after all, half of our culture is about food and I'm not an exception ahahah but don't worry I'm not picky about it, I love to taste new flavour and tryout different dishes from different places, cooking togheter is always funny and you can never know what can you get mixing flavors).
In the past years beside tattoing i spent almost two years working with refugees in my hometown and even if i don't do it has a job anymore this experience gave me a lot and I'm still helping in some projects as a volunteer now.
It happened to me quite often to volunteer in different project and in various context in the past and I find this kind of experience very enriching and inspiring, some of them in my opinion can really change the way you think and the way you look at the world sometimes forcing you to question yourself and your way of living, for sure it's something that I find deeply stimulating even if not always easy :)
